Benchlight is a modern studio with old skills still in use.
Traditional craft has accumulated practical knowledge over generations: how to cut a line, set type, pull a proof, judge colour, repair damage, and leave good work intact. We want that knowledge present in the games we make and in the way we restore artwork for them.
Restoration starts with the original. We correct damage and presentation problems when needed, while keeping the work recognisable as itself.
